One leg converts to a monopod, allowing you to pick up and plant down quickly for fast-action shots. Three adjustable leg angles offer numerous options for height and uneven terrain. Additionally, Vanguard has added a 3/8" thread to the canopy to attach a support arm.
Vanguard VEO BH-250S Dual Axis Ball Head
The Vanguard VEO BH-250S Dual Axis Ball Head features an Arca-type clamp and includes an Arca quick release plate. It supports up to 55 lb and offers 360° rotation, 90° tilt adjustment, and independent pan axis adjustment. Two knobs on the bottom separately tighten the ball joint and pan axis. The head has a 3/8"-16 female thread on the bottom and comes with a 3/8"-16 to 1/4"-20 reducer bushing, allowing it to be mounted on virtually any camera support, including monopods, sliders, and skate dollies.
